Laser hair removal is intended to be a noninvasive cosmetic procedure, producing desired results with relative comfort and ease. But, as sadly proved by people who have been harmed, what should be a minor undertaking can be a risky proposition in North Carolina.
Like most states across the nation, North Carolina does not require certification or licensing for those who perform laser hair removal.
